Summary: Property is in a nice quiet location in a no wake zone. House is very nice just needs a few items to make it excellent. Kitchen needs additional cooking utensils, outdoor grill needs replaced - burners only worked in a couple spots other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

Summary: We had a family reunion and multiple families stayed at different properties at Lake Milton. This place was perfect to pick up family members for a boat ride to enjoy the outdoors or kayak from this property site in a quiet no wake. We loved it!

Summary: This is a great property. We were in town visiting family and the house far exceeded our needs and expectations. It was clean and provided ample space to entertain our family. The patio overlooking the lake was amazing. Our nieces spent hours enjoying the kayaks, swimming off the dock and fishing. We highly recommend this house. We will absolutely be returning when we visit Ohio again.

Summary: The place was well appointed with updated appliances and even beverage refrigerators and tvs in each room. Very pretty place in a great neighborhood. Only negative was that the place was not cleaned prior to arrival but that may have been a miscommunication as we did get early entry (but I would not have sacrificed a clean place had I known). The on site contacts were awesome, very helpful and responsive,

Summary: House was great for 2 couples, one of which had 2 younger kids. Located on quiet smaller part of the lake on a dead end street. Great backyard to hangout. We rented a boat from the nearby marina and were able to use the dock here.

Summary: Our stay was very relaxing. Everything was as pictured. This was a wonderful place to entertain adult child and grandchildren. Very spacious. We will absolutely book again.
